The key to reducing cellulite with bike riding is to know how to ride the bike to get the most out of your workout.

For example, you have two choices for maximum fat burning. One is great for beginners and seasoned bike riders while the other will be a bit more difficult for beginners, but can be obtained by sticking to a workout and not giving up.
First, you can choose to do a high intensity bike ride for a short period of time. These short high intensity workouts will burn calories and fat.
Second, you can choose to do a low intensity workout, but it will need to be done for a longer period of time.
How Should You Ride a Bike?
When riding a bike on flat ground with no resistance, you gain less muscle tone, but you can burn calories depending on how fast you pump and how hard your legs have to work. When the muscles are toned the appearance of cellulite is reduced. To get rid of cellulite, you need to have a biking routine and a healthy diet. Keep in mind though, by doing the same routine every day, every week, and every month, your muscles will not have the diversity they need to tone up.
Changing up your biking workout is the key to losing weight and blasting cellulite! For example, if you ride hard and fast on flat ground on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, change it up on Tuesday and Thursday by adding hills into the routine. Pumping the bike up hill will be a real workout, believe me!
So, how long should your bike routines last?
Obviously, the longer you ride the more calories you’ll burn and the more your legs will get a work out, but it’s not a wise decision to hop on a bike for the first time and ride for 3 hours. Why?
Number one, you’ll be exhausted and number two, you’ll wake up the next morning sore and then the following morning you’ll find you’re even more sore. When you’re sore, you don’t want to work out, so limit yourself to shorter rides at first and work your way up even if you feel like climbing the highest mountain the first day – refrain yourself until your ready.
Over time, you’ll begin to see the cellulite reduced, your legs, hips, buns, and thighs become toner, and you’ll feel much happier and healthier.
